making the vibrant exhaust livable

i know some of you are like myself. having the 3 inch vibrant catback. loud, retarded, sounds like a cessna.

festive? not really.

short and sweet. had a vibrant resi go bad. little 18 incher cracked and fell apart. not good batman.

how to make it quiet. or deeper. however you want to go about it.

vibrant 24 inch resonator. this is a start. second part of this is off the wall weird. slp makes a 3 inch slip on resi for some of their catbacks. mainly f-body im assuming. about 12 inches long, says slp on the side. looks fancy.

cut out a section of exhaust. slip this sucker in there. good times will be had. the car is decently quiet. we're talking gmpp sport catback quiet while cruizing down the road. lay into the throttle, the car sounds a lot deeper. not quite as loud. maybe 3-4 db lower than before. 3db is a huge jump in terms of sound.

two resonators. one 24 inches, and the other is slp. have fun!

its still pretty deep sounding at idle, i wonder how this compares to the zzp whisper resonator? i'm so sick of the loud drone and raspiness, i want a quiet smooth exhaust that doesn't restrict flow......much

curious as to where you were able to fit it, I was going to originally go with 2 resonators and a muffler but I thought I couldn't fit it anywhere. Pics of where it's mounted?
