The bov i have (hks ssq 3) sounds real weak, sounds like its choked or something. I have the boost Set up to about 22 psi. On wot it barely hits 20, and then goes down to about 15. i checked my car, everything looks good. Afrs are normal. Idle is fine. Don't know what it can be but someone told me these bovs are prone to breaking in the inside, but if its broken, would it cause the drop of boost?

So I am bored. Taken and respect from all the comments. I will see if my Boost Retaining Valve would do anything. If I can slow the boost drop between granny shifts and hold boost during quick shift, that would be the best outcome. But slow down the boost lost will be a success too or it may not work at all.
It idles normal but will seen how it does in normal and in boost conditions.
