i have a can of pure meth what do i mix it with distilled water and if so where do i get it?

but you can get distilled water at walmart. i'm sure other places carry it. but walmart was where i got mine.

it like a 12 gallon black oil drum thing i got from a friend the just to race meth kart it pure meth. but what do i mix it with?
