What meth kit real quick is best for the price? just as a good helping cooling mod to the CX?

Do most people that run water injection get progressive or non-progressive?

Well lets hope a non-progressive kit works because that is what I got. If anything, I could see just raising the boost pressure that it activates since mine isn't progressive. I can't see that being an issue.

How effective are these kits when just spraying 100% distilled water?

its really personal preference past the pump...i myself have coolingmist...innexpensive kit...does the trick. as for whether or not it compares to a cx h/e... to me thats kinda like apples to oranges since the water/meth is only on past a certain set psi...and it REALLY helps to cool down internals as well as intake charge (among other wonderful properties - ie octance enhancement), whereas the cx h/e is always being used technically and helps to drop iat2's down even when cruising...something that water/meth does not do....so both compliment eachotehr quite nicely.

 

Yeah. I have washer fluid at home that my dad got from the dealer (it comes in a 55 gal drum) and it burns if you throw a match to it, so its strong. Should be atleast 50/50 if it burns. I could run that but it will just make me richer than I already am. I was going to run water for the time being then throw a mix at it once I can get a wideband and tune it correctly on it.

 

That's not a progressive kit. Our stage 1 kit with a tank is $250 shipped......
