I am only semi familiar with meth. But, too much meth can be a problem, I would stick to one kit.

Running meth richens your AFR greatly.

You should only run meth AND water in a 50/50 mix if you can tune for it.

Remember:

Meth = octane booster, allows you to substantly and safely run more timing
Distilled Water = cooling substance

A single kit is all thats necessary. Look into buying a 50/50 mix, and get tuned for it. Otherwise don't bother.

And if you can, run a m3 nozzle into the coupler/intake, pre-throttle body, and another m3 nozzle directly into the intake manifold. So not only will you greatly improve your m62 efficiency, but you will cool the incoming air coming from the blower.

I believe snow offers a 50/50 mix. I'd google a local meth provider near you; that would be your best route of purchasing. Stop by pep boys or any one of your local shops and pick up a measuring bucket.

Yes, you can spray too much. You do not need 2 different systems to run 2 nozzles. You can run them just like Steven said. When you spray too much your engine will pop and crackle from the water not allowing the flame to light. If you run more than 50% it is flammable but you can greatly over richen the engine to the point that it does not run. You would need to spray a very large quantity to do that though.

With a single pump I run 2 12GPH nozzles in my truck at 55PSI boost and it keeps up very well. The small amounts we spray in our Balts a single pump is barely running. The pressure switch actually cycles off and on while spraying so the pump has no problem keeping up.

Just remember that when spraying after the throttle blade there will be a lot of vacuum and you need a solenoid or a very good check valve to keep the system from siphoning down. Personally if you must run 2 nozzles I would run a 2GPH in the intake and a 3 at the blower. Why not just run a 5GPH single?

I would not recommend running more than 1 methanol kit at a time. We have afew customers running over 1500hp and still only have 1 kit in the car.

What you should do is tune the car using your iat sensor. Increase the nozzle size till you see 100degs on the IAT and then pull fuel to bring your o2 back down. You should not need to remove more than 5% fuel. Alot of people don't need to pull any. The key is to inject just enought to remove the heat and not play with the O2's. If you have any other questions don't be afraid to email or call.
