Ok yall i drove today and i had my ac on and it kinda felt like it was laging or missing alittle. no CEL or anything like that.

Could this be the problem?
Im running a 2.8 untuned with 42lbs right now and then putting in 60s on the dyno

That just sounds like belt slip to me. But it really wouldn't matter if the a/c were on.

Heres my 2cents. It might not be your problem but I am going to give my 2cents either way lol. Belt slip is a possibility so make sure you have the stage 2 belt. Also, I would recommend using something larger then the 2.8 until you get rid of those 42lbers.

Are you running the gm stage 2 tune? If not and you just swapped the stock injectors and pulley for a 42lbers and 2.8 when you rebuilt then that explains it all. Let us know a little bit more information.

i just put that on for right now i got 60s and a 2.6 pulley thats going on the day i get tuned. I still have alittle of my tune left from before because my ecu was unpluged for so long and it kinda lost most of the tune... 6 month engine build waiting on back ordered parts

Since it appears you are not "fully tuned" that would explain your issue. Also, are you going with all the cooling mods possible for that 2.6? If not, you will only be over spinning your blower and creating more heat resulting in worse times. I highly recommend you use all available cooling mods if you choose to keep that 2.6. Also, when you get a full fledge tune, your problem will more then likely be solved. If it is not, come back to us then.

I have every cooling mod for the LSJ. meth, H/E and dual intercooler plate with option b

I fixed the problem just now, I changed the spark plugs and put new ones in and 2 of them were gapped pretty big. and then i had a CEL on that said i was running rich in bank 1 and the other was pending

But thanks for all yalls help!

That is probably one of the biggest cause's AC robs power, so that is more likly the cause then the untuned injectors, but still I would get those tuned asap.
