well guys after only 29270 miles my cat is totaly gone.. my car is runnin like crap, it started overboosting (i hit 25 psi!!!!) now my belts sliping my exahaust is REALLY queit and its usally really raspy. it even went into limp mode... (said eng power redus) on my cluster...) i started my car 5 min after it staled and it accualy drove. now the check engine light is gone...*sigh* it got worse after i left my dealership lol

 

time to get a new cat, i have a zzp cat for sale for 50 bucks.

darkmanx - when i bought my header/downpipe/cat combo the last option was for a prepaid return label, and if you send them your cat or downpipe they will give you a 50 dollar credit to there store.

 

thats wierd..when my cat was clogged it was limiting my boost...alot..

 

maybe over heating and knock sensing due to the huge backpressure may have caused limited power.

 

Another one bites the dust, mine blew around 28k welcome the the club. The dealer has to replace it if your car has less than 80k on it. It's a federal law.

mike couldnt connect to my computer @ all so we walked over to his car and had no problem connecting to his. o btw as an update the car threw five codes yesterday!!!! their warrenting the cat and iam walking to work in the morning cause i have no car...*sigh* they had to order it from jacksonville...

 

last i checked you could not lock the ecm on the lsj

you can still log a locked ecm

but the dealer is able to pull codes...an when i was at advanced auto parts they where able to too(cps senor freaked out during a lil wheel hop lol)
