my winter project.
So I bought a truck for the winter time, which is fantastic! Can't beat a winter beater! So the balt is going to be garaged all winter long! My current mods are pacesetter header, 3" exhaust, 2.8" pulley, #80 injectors cobra h/e, colder plugs, zzp 3" intake, e85. I am building a winter laundry list of things I plan on doing while in storage:
ls4 TB (the gains will be worth it, see below..)
2.6" pulley (yes I need my snout machined..)
fuel pump rewire/ upgraded pump
upgraded clutch kit (not sure which one yet)
PORT & POLISHED head (yeah baby!)
It's gonna run like a raped ape. Anyone have any other suggestions?

I plan on just chilling drinking a beer while porting the head, taking my time and not shaving metal as much as smoothing it out, probably supertech valve springs too while I'm at it, cleaning the valves is a must, and probably a nice gasket to go with it! It's going to be super sick once it's done.

funny you should ask because it is the tiniest garage I have ever laid eyes on
big enough to take out my head and port it at my house.
Probably couldn't fit a chair in it, but it's attached to a town home so it is semi-warmer than a normal garage.

I actually used to live in new lenox. It had to be the best place I ever lived, idk how old you are, but I used to go to Haven elementary before they turned it into an office building.

Ya they did that like 5-6 years ago. I'm turning 21 on the 30th. I used to live in a townhouse with a little pond that I fished in, by school house road that Mary Sears preschool or whatever it is. I haven't been down there in a while. It's a great town because it's not too big and it's not too small, (I miss that town....) Oh I used to live on sojourn rd. by some middle school.

It is a nice town really! There are a ton of teenager (high school) vandals now though. Bunch of ****-ups really. It's not just kids in high school though.
Every time I park I've got to make sure I keep an eye on my **** because a lot of people out here are "rednecks" and drive lifted trucks and think they're amazing.

Nice! I'm not sure exactly where you're talking about, but I know that Mary Sears is off Route 30 and Spencer. On the same corner-ish as Firestone and Napa. That is the only preschool in the town.
