You would have to put in it whichever engine was in it, trannys are different between the engines, along with the frame mounting locations/mounts.

im taking the engine out completely and im going to rebuild another one so i want to know a name of a engine that would be best to rebuild like my cousin got a 3 sgte engine in his celica

you only have 3 choices..... 2.0, 2.2, or a 2.4 ecotec. I would suggest stroking a 2.0 LSJ to a 2.4.
