necessity of case learn

if the pcm in my car now is taken out and programmed (say at the guys from OTT) do i need a case relearn afterwards or would i be good to go?

no. you only need a case learn and security learn if you swap to a different PCM

hmm i thought that its even if you unplug the pcm to do any work on it... original pcm or not.. Bika you probably no more than i do... wait nevermind i found a link that proves this.
