15 horspower max maybe for the zzp. If you dont have a cat you wont be able to pass emissions and you will have a check engine light on all the time unless you turn it off with hptuners. As for the warranty it will only void the warranty for you exhaust nothing else.

The ZZP dp sounds like ****... and we've had fitment/quality issues with the header..
don't know about the rest of you guys but I"m goin cobalt-addiction stuff all the way... btw I saw their new header friday.... looks good and much better collector than the ZZP (actually smooth transitions and not partially block by the collector flange) and it gonna be around the same price if not cheaper

The zzp header fits fine. There have been numerous people on here who also said the cobalt addiction header sounds like ****. Its the high flow cat.

I have the zzp header-downpipe and it fits fine. Ive put over 400 miles on it and its perfectly fine. Here is a pic. Dont get all upset because people are actually thinking about going with something different then Cobalt-addiction. My downpipe sounded like **** in the beginning but I think i had a leak. It got tightened the bolts and it was fine.

They fixed the mistake, yea it should of not happened in the first place but oh well. Theres also the new intense header and the Gm Performance header out there. For downpipes I think there is one made by CTI, zzp, Cobalt addiction and i feel im leaving one out.

If i was you yellow ss i would try the new intense header. They usually make quality crap. And they dyno there product to give you a hp increase reading. If your gonna go catless you dont have to worry about the Dp sounding like crap either just get it from who ever you want.

Ya im done also. The downpipe has a big dent where the 02 sensor goes in so its the part that restricts flow the most.

I've already ordered mine, and I will know more when I get it, but I did a ton of research on the available header and downpipes. The CTI should produce the most power and torque, and there haven't been ANY complaints that I've seen from anyone who has it.
