so it idles at 1500???? becuase if i'm rolling say 5-10 or up mph my car kinda idles there too untill i come to a stop then it goes back down to 750...i think that the egine feeds it fuel if it detects the car is moving maybe easier on the clutch?

Its normal. My car always did it too. Just after the TB got dirty it didn't do it anymore and used to stumble a bit when stopping. After I cleaned the TB I noticed it idled just like it was brand new again.

Let me clarify... the car idles at about 800 rpm but when coming to a stop, when you put the clutch in but haven't fully stopped yet, the car will idle at about 1250 until you actually drop to about 5 mile per hour.
