need help

Hey all..so I bought this cobalt from a dealership and they completely screwed me I think..I had problems with it since day one, months ago it actually stopped working and had no boost or anything, so they patched it and now its making a weird sound when the car gets warm it makes a loud whining sound like as if a brake shield was rubbing or something..anybody got any ideas what it is or have the same problem??
