need help asap car in limp mode

Its 11:40 at night. My hids started flickering so i pulled over and popped the hood to check my connections. The positive terminal post on the fuse box came loose, easy fix. Well in this 15* weather i fumbled the wrench and it contacted the pcm. My car will not come out 2nd gear (yes its automatic) my speedo reads zero while going down the road, and my DIC info is blank. I tried disconnecting he battery and touching the cables together for 30 seconds attempting to reset the pcm and it did precisely jack ****. Any advice?

if speedo is reading zero while the car is driving i'd say something is definitely wrong with the ECM

Sounds like you surged the ECM (kinda like a power surge thru your laptop). You're more than likely going to need to replace it.
