Need help picking which first!!!!!!

Need help picking which first!!!!!!
Ok guys, I want to buy these things which I think I need for both better looks and performance wise.
1. TTR STOP Mounts
2. TTR Solid Upper Engine Mount
3. Nitto Neo Gen's 225/40/18 (replacing my Nexen N3000 245/40/18, because I want to drop the car and need stickier tires)
4. Eibach Sportlines or B&G's
Ok those are the 4 main things i am thinking on getting now, but I need to know in what order and which are really necessary and which are not. Don't know if the Solid Upper Engine Mount are a huge need if I get the STOP Mounts, maybe I can use that money for something better for now. I also thought of getting the STOP mounts because now I have the NOS kit installed and I know that as soon as I use it will be twice as much Wheel Hop, and no grip. So let me know what u think basically the budget is 1k and that pretty much covers the 1k, if u got any more ideas or questions please shoot em up
