need help...ok i when to the dealershp today just to get my mind out of how much stage 2 would cost me as i leave the dealer i get on the car not hard in 1st 2nd and 3rdand let of the gas as i come to the stop light car feels fine so i drive normaly to the next light as i sit and wait i look at my dash and my engine light is on wtf? i get on the freeway car feels fine then i decide to pull over at a gas station popped the hood open and checked to see if anything was out of the ordinary nothing lookd wrong so i started the car again and the light was still on????? so i drove straight home and here i am....


what can it be????HELP?????? and if u give a thought please explain dont just say oh its this and thats it explain a little please ty in advance


i have a 06 cobalt ss/sc

ok found my code reader its a actron scanner it gave me 3 codes 2 are the same thiing first code p0133 02 sensor ckt slow responce (bank 1 sensor 1) gave that 1.. 2 times

second code p0481 cooling fan control circut

what could make the first code come out?

 

scan the code at the dealer/auto zone/with a friends scanner. until then no one can help you.

its really kind of hard to even get an idea of whats wrong just by that description. if you have an autozone near by go there and say you need to scan for codes and then post up what code your computer is putting out for the CEL

 

probaby p0300 random cylinder misfire. eh, it happens every once in a while

 

what you basically just asked is "something may or may not be wrong, can someone tell me what it could be?"\

ok i erased the codes drove around for like 30mins to an hour and everythings ok no more sevice engine light on
