Need some good reference !

Hi Boys,

I'm about to start a project but I need some explanation about the LSJ Supercharger.I want to know all the OEM dimension.

I want to know what is the diameter of both pulley (crank and S/C) and how many psi of boost they give (with stock sized pulley) .So since I never work on a supercharged car I also want to know how the boost is manage since s/c don't use wastegate ?Where (in the rev range) you start building boost

I know the boost will always rise with the RPM but how do you limit it.Do you use any diverter valve except for the by-pass valve ?I think I dont'need an blow-off since i will place my Throttle body before the SC like your lsj.So how big is your throttle body ?

How many CC's have your stock injector ?How many groove the S/C pulley have ?

Ok For now I think I have nothing more in mind maybe latter. The engine i'm about to supercharge is a Nissan SR20DE in my Infiniti G20. So please be fair and don't write **** because it's not a Chevy !!I'm the kind of guys who love all form of motoring and motorist !

Thank you in advance

If you want the actual dimensions of certain things, try http://www.capa.com.au/eaton_m62data.htm. I believe if i remember correctly the stock pulley is a 3.35, which will develop around 12-13 psi. I am also not very familiar with superchargers, but from what i have tried to research, boost is managed by a small butterfly valve opporated via the bypass valve on the m62 itself. Also being a supercharger boost is built instantly, and continues to rise to redline and is maxed due to pulley size. Boost is limited by pulley sizes, however i believe ZZP came out with a boost controller for the m62,http://www.zzperformance.com/cobalt_...s1.php?id=1139, check it out. I think the stock injectors are 32 pounders? not 100%. and the pulley i think is a 5 groove, not 100%, try searching for threads on those 2, I have seen the answers for those somewhere on here. Hope that helped, and good luck on your build.
