Need some quick help

What would the better upgrade be for me. I have a dyno day coming up and I want to see the biggest gain. I was looking into meth but a few guys said I would be better off with s header. Please let me know way you think. If you think header what kind? Thanks.

IMO your exhaust is flowing enough right now. Dont get me wrong the header would help. I would get the meth and get tuned. If you go with the header get this guy cheap and easy.

The stock exhaust mani is definitely holding you back with a 2.8 pulley. Get a header. then meth and a tune.

I wish meth kits werent so expensive otherwise id get both. Im thinking you guy are right though free it up then make it even colder....
