i just got my ss 05 almost a month ago. I put a cold air intake on it yesterday. what all do they offer other then the stage 2. because i work at the dealership in the service dept. and can do what i want. and get the parts cheeper. but dont know what all i can do or not do

Look into getting one of the GMPP exhausts.

 

they make a bunch of GM parts. stage 1 and 2, exhaust, touring and preformance or "sport" they make manifolds and some other little stuff, if your service should you know what parts you can get haha? anyways welcome to the site. and congrats on the new ride.

 

well.... i would but they dont want me knowing what all i can get becuase they dont want me getting into trouble lol

 

Basiclly anything that comes from GM is covered under warranty

ok. there are 2 lists of parts. warranty voiders, and warranty friendly


void: GM STAGE 3, and all aftermarket pullies/injectors, and power adders


friendly: gmpp intake, exhaust manifold, catback, stage 1 and 2, dual pass end plate(intercooler)
i probably forgot some little things.

aftermarket intakes and exhausts will not void your warranty

if your warranty is up, or about to be up, i suggest u look into aftermarket parts. they are cheaper, and yield higher gains.

Welcome to the site. I think you should order parts for everyone on the site so we all can get them cheaper. LMAO, just tell them you want to change your parts out every week or so ....

 

i got the extended 100k waranty. but ya. i am slowly going to get stuff put on it. where do you get the aftermarket stuff?

they dont care how many times a buy the parts or for who. so what ever ya know
