they will help braking under heavier than normal driving conditions, such as road racing because they dissipate heat which in turn causes less brake fade, but in normal driving you will most likely not tell any difference. i guess they have a type of "pimp factor" though

I didn't warp two sets of rotors.

The first issue was due to improper lug nut torque off the showroom floor then they turned them. The second time was after having my clutch replaced and the tech forgot to torque them causing them to warp again.

ok WHAT THE ****!

somebody has to fill me in on this....

I've gone thro a few sets of rotors/pads(4sets i think) and i'm at 24k...but i never get them replaced with THESE!!!

what do you guys say/do to get them???

Basically if you get them it's a dealer/GM System **** up.

The GM system lists these rotors on the same page as the stock ones.

It denotes these as: Front Rotor 17" Wheel (LSJ)

And stock as: Front Rotor 16"-17" Wheel (JL9)

The RPO code for the brakes on the SS/SC is JL9. So one would assume the rotors listed for the JL9 are the right ones but then they notice the wheel size (which is wrong) and the LSJ RPO and order the drilled & slotted ones on accident.
