After I put the pump on I filled the neck then turned the car on and added more coolant and more it jus kept cycling through so I took it for a ride like 5-10 min to see what the temps are and they were over 100 and right around 114 for cruising what else should I do?

its going to take alittle to bleed the system. Drive it around a little and check everytime u shut the car off. Add as needed. Im sure there r still some air pockets in the coolant system.

Can you get away with straight distilled water this time of year where you are? Might help a bit over antifreeze

Why do you think they should be under 100?

Interesting, I've never heard that. Without all the cooling mods I don't see how you could keep it below 100. Even then it wouldn't be easy.

It just has to run for a bit to circulate all the coolant. Gravity alone cant quite fill the entire system 100% even with either the option b or the stock crappy t neck filler being the highest points in the system. As the pump runs the level will appear to go down, just add more coolant as necessary

Before I did all my cooling mods, my iats were around 120 in the winter and 140 in the summer (Seattle, WA). If you are at 100 with only a zzp S3, you are fine

if ur cruising and letting off the gas the iat2 will go up since there's not a lot of air going in and cooling the s/c...Try crusing and keep on the gas and monitor ur iat2's if its not within 15-25 * apart from ur ambient temps, check ur intercooler pump's cables polarity, some cars were wired wrong from factory and the pump wont work properly. My IC pump wiring was revesed + going - and vice versa, I switched the up and problem was solved. You can use a voltage tester on the plug it self. Check those couple of things out and report back.

Hmmm. 6.25 GPM doesnt seem sufficient compared to the 21 GPM on my STS-V.
