It will be interesting to see what the total cost of these sleeves installed is exactly,
Cost of sleeves
Install and hone deck and rebore machining
$117.50 TTY main bolts
$100 Main Bearings and seals
Shipping charges
My automotive machinist here, a 40 year guy charges $80 an hour and doesn't give deals but does A1 quality work, no corners cut. Someone already posted $125 per cylinder for press fit and rebore, that is $500 for machining alone.
Blue, if Mr.B is willing I'd ship him the upper portion of your block and have him do the work. When I trashed my block I cut it into scrap and total weight aluminum only including head was 119lbs, upper portion is 40lbs at most and can be boxed up pretty easy.

Way ahead of way haha. The downfall if I was to get a girdled block from ZZP is I wouldn't get any core charge for my block. It's f'd. I blew it up good. So add another $500 for no core.
Is there a way to get ahold of a set of these? I'm building a motor for a turbo swap next year and I want to resleeve the block and darton seems to be the only aftermarket replacement until now
I apologize, wasn't trying to start crap that's why I didn't name names. Just a general rule of thumb.
These sleeves sound very promising. If I ever need a build ill def be looking in this direction. Girdled block is great but seems overkill for most ppl.
