Anyone in NJ know of a shop that can do a tune on our Cobalts. I will be ordering the 42lb injectors from Intense and I will need a tune. Has anyone from NJ had this done locally?

 

yea i have gm stage II and a 2.8....could i get a hp tune cause i need more POWER...hahaha

yeah... have one set up for all the way to a 2.6 with 60 lbers... which is what I got....

 

what are there prices for tunning? They have a dyno? i didn't know that.

 

he charges 125 for a flash of a premade tune (they;re pretty damn good few members on here can attest to that) or you can set up some dyno tuning with the shop thats down the block (we might be renting the dyno for the day soon to do that, I'll keep you posted) prices on that are not available at this time.

can;t go to atco... they have some event running there,. I don't know if you can run test and tune.... see if you can find out cause I"ll be running around all day... but if it s open for t&t I"ll go... they are located in Deer Park long island... not really that bad of a ride... I drive there from manhattan every few days and its not soo bad,

 

I checked the website for ATCO and it does not say no test and tune in the schedule. Usually you can run after the gamblers do. I will call them and find out for sure.

I"m gonna try and get on the dyno this week sometime.... aiming for tues if my heat exchanger comes in.... I"ll do a run with the w/i off/ on before heat exchanger and after h/e then hopefully bolt up my exhaust and so a run...

 

yea man let me know bout that heat exchanger...very interested in get the cobalt one and the hp tune as well....i feel the need, the need for speed

 

heat exchanger is installed check out either the post on it or c/a's website... has picks and data runs up on the site.

 

We do custom tuning but we are about a 6 hour drive , we do have a dyno in house . There are many other customers that make the drive (mostly corvette, gto , fbody guys right now because we have been tuning them for years via hptuners , but we have been tuning lsj's since the software came out and have pretty good success doing so ) .
