well i think somethings wrong with the car... i hear the turbine wheel spin esp when its boosting no smoke at all and under the hood its pretty loud could it be a exhaust leak?? cracked mani ect?

yea turbo swapped lsj lol. thats what i think it is cuz im not blowing any smoke.

replace it, re welded mani's usually crack again. expecally if they arn't welded properly.

Eric - bring it up and we can re-weld it and add a brace so this doesn't keep happening.. OR we can make you a new manifold

This is the only mani., that I have seen break the wastegate flange off. It almost seems like the dump tube is hitting the ground and breaking the flange. Maybe you shouldn't be jumping the car like the Duke boys,

I just ordered the cast one as well. My first gen ZZP manifold cracked bad at one of the flange welds. I'm pumped for the stainless one. Hows the car been running Eric?
