Not getting spark on all cylinders

Okay just a question what would cause my motor to not get spark in the number 1 and 4 cylinder but the coilpacks are good and the sparkplugs are good.

yes, i've already tested the coils....they are all fine. No I didn't use a scanner I actually pulled the coils out and used a coil tester.

No, I know the coils are working because I can take the two coils that aren't sparking and connect them to the 2nd and 3rd piston and they will spark. So basically whatever is before the coils are the problem in the ignition system.

These guys told you the same thing I did. You will just have to trace back from your 1 and 4 coil packs till you find the problem.

Sounds like a bad signal from ECU.

You could check the continuity of the grounds from the coil connector to any ground.(On the lower left front of the transmission case)
There is nothing the two cylinders have in common other than
the harness that feeds the coils
The grounding point
the connector at the pcm.

You said they where all getting 12 v fed to them (check with a meter)Pk/bk wire to all coils.
The print shows them all spliced in the same spot chek this if you dont have 12 v feeding the coils.

But with 1 and 4 both not firing I would have to say the pcm is bad,but check the continuity of all the wires first.

because i've done everything like check fuses etcs and nothing is bad. Only thing i can think of is Cam Postion Sensor, Crank Position Sensor or ECM.
