Not getting spark ... help !

just recently swapped heads on my 2005 lsj put it in time 1 tooth off and didnt feel like doing it myself due to the wonderful pa weather so i took it to the chevy dealership to have them put it in time ... before i took it there it ran but ran rough now they have gotton me for almost 500$ to put the damn thing in time and on top of it, it is no longer getting spark. i just put new plugs in it, where should i start on trying to figure out why its not getting spark , cant afford to pay the stealership any more money to fix this .... it has to be something stupid

there are to plugs that are the same i think it is the coil pack harness and the throttle plate if they mixed those up it wont fire
