oil in cai, tb and supercharger?!?!
my car started to sputter and stall when i hit traffic lights so i figured it was a clogged cold air intake. so i removed the intake to clean it and i discovered oil in my intake and tb as well as the supercharger. i found out the oil is coming from the hose that attaches to the cold air intake and runs to the back of the motor and connects in to the motor. what could be causing that to happen. oil was just pooling up in my cai and being sucked into the blower. how could i fix this? any suggestions? thanks guys
that line is there to release crank case pressure and oil will come through it you can stop that but you get an oil catch can so it stops going into your intake you can make a small cheap one with a filter from a air compressor
ok so how can i make one or buy one to rid my self of this problem? also does this have any neg effects on my car? meaning is the oil going to **** my car up?
you can get it at like home depot or lowes
but i would get barbed fittings not like the ones he has

You can do this. Or, there's a cheaper method.
Pull off your TB and intake and clean it out every 10K miles or so. That's what I do. I am also willing to bet that there is a whole **** ton of carbon build up in your throttle body(black stuff). Go to wal mart or any close by auto parts store and buy some throttle body cleaner. Clean out your TB, re-install and results will follow. IMO a catch can is a waste of money.
Never seen that one before. Looks pretty good. And cheap.
