Oil on the spark plug..

So today I go to change my plugs and when I pull my number three coil pack out the hole is filled with oil lots of oil.. SO this would be a bad gasket if im correct??? Im having one overnighted to me so I should have it after the holiday what are yalls thoughts on this??? I had a plug blow out of the exact same hole so im assuming its related to that... Il be able to see if its cracked when I pull the valve cover off...
