only 208whp and 210wtq with intense kit!

Okay, my mods are in my siq. I went to dyno my car today. I only put down 208hp and 210wtq. This was done on a 4wheel drive dyno. He also said that it compares a lot to mustang dyno only a lil bit greedier. Now, im kind of pissed, I never gapped my plugs, what do you guys think. Im kinda sad with the results but i guess its just the kind of dyno it was.

what are you settings?

Run C1 with the switches at on/off/off/off from left to right. also plugs come gapped at .030. Gap them to .045 for a huge difference.

they left the settings at D,D. that was the best run. I mean man my car pulls so much harder now. at 3000rpm im making 20lbs of tq more than b4 when I had it at c1. Also, How much of a difference can the plugs really make man.

now in the bottom my dyno sheet. says. 207hp at 6056rpm. Could that be it, that it didnt read it all the way up to 6500. I mean he was hitting the rev limiter on each run.

So going off a 185 baseline (which is hard to assume), everything you have added 12.4% power increase over stock. That seems low. Did they do an A/F reading for you?

There is something wrong with there dyno. the reason they are hitting 270 is because they said they dyno'ed stock at 230. I bought the rev It Up kit expecting stage 1 to give 245 whp. and thats real. I dont know what makes Intense more special. And best part is. Its only stage 1 . Now thats MY OPINION. Intense is cool. But rev It Up seems to have mroe of a long term outlook of support

ok. I think that there is nothing wrong with the dyno. 208 is odd. but should be around more like 250 whp. so at 208 if installed properly. its the dyno.

when they set the dyno do they set the Rpm so the dyno stops reading at a certain rpm or does it go with the car and it stops reading when the car hits the rev limiter. Why am I seein in the dyno sheet that 207 at 6056.

Somethings either wrong with the car or the dyno, or possilby both. I dynoed 220WHP & 187 FT/LB TQ stock on a dynojet dyno. I bought the intense kit, and play on putting 260whp down with it. We will see when the time comes. Cares going to dealership tp get a few problems taken care of first

Please elaborate your statement! I gained 40hp from stock. Many others have dynoed 230 or better stock. Guess i should have lied and said i dyno'd 205 stock then i could have said the INTENSE kit added 65hp.

You couldn't find a company more devoted to the "long term" than INTENSE!

Plus knowledgable with SC applications!

Stop trolling for Intense. Let their products do the talking. He gave and has his opinion and we all know yours so stop trolling every time someone has a negative OPINION about intense.

To the thread starter, go over your install of the stage 3 kit, then call Intense to double check, and then request another couple of pulls on the dyno and say that you don't believe it was calibrated right and you would like a chance to see if it was the dyno or your car. Good luck.

Thats why the owner and starter of this thread called me and not you for advice! His numbers aren't that bad for a non-dynojet readout.

Yeah, giving stock fuel injectors with a 2.8" pulley (which more than maxes them out) is really looking out for long term.

To the thread starter, I would get dyno'd somewhere else, those numbers seem low to me. Just my opinion.

What does that have to do with you being childish???

OHHHHHH, you made fun of the name of my car. Now I must end myself. I see you are just trying to get a rise out of me so that I will make fun of your "badly geared" (heh) 13 second car. Honestly I would hate everyone too, if my car had 270whp and ran 13.5s on good tire. It's cool though, you or someone else will run faster hopefully.

So it's ok for him to voice his opinion and not Rob? Are you mental? JCswoosher gave his opinion, Rob asked him to elaborate, there's nothing wrong with that. Yea, I'm pretty sure he's not trolling when Rob's been talking to him to help him before even coming in thirs thread. We don't need to see any INTENSE vs Revitup threads, they're getting old. The one at fault here is JCswoosher. He took the topic and turned it into an INTENSE VS REVITUP war. Lastly, who are you to come in here and tell anyone what to do? What are you going to do if Rob doesn't stop backing up the company HE'S APART OF? Nothing, exactly. So sit there, shutup, and lets try to help the topic starter with his issue. If you can't do that, I invite you to IDDVII where we can talk about it face to face outside of the track. Vent off.
