Well I just put in my order to Hahn for their Header, Downpipe with High-flow cat, and their 3" cat-back today! Im stoked! I will be picking it up tomorrow after I get outta school! Cost a pretty penny but I believe with Hahn's experience everything will be awesome! I got their last header in stock!!! so I lucked out there! I will take pics of it before I put it on as well as after and a video of how it all sounds on the car!

Yea they cut me a deal of course. Brad who is in charge of sales and Bill Hahn worked with me for the past week to work out a fatty deal on their whole system!!! They said they guarantee a perfect fit, and guarantee I will not be disappointed at all!

Very nice dude , I really wanna hear the sound clips . This is the exhaust I will probably switch to when I get the 2.5 pulley on .

FWIW - The prices they list I think are quite reasonable for what u get . Especially $599 for the cat-back .

 

I have the catback and downpipe. I've yet to install downpipe, I'm waiting on the header.

I can tell you the 3" exhaust is top notch. It's made by Thermal R&D exclusively for Hahn. I had the Thermal 2.5" and loved the sound, 3" is the same just deeper/meaner sounding. I also felt gains CLEAR across the board, so I'm very anxious to install header and downpipe.

Yes Im glad to hear that a lot of people who have what Hahn produces! I cant wait until 9am tomorrow morning when I can swing out there and pick everything up! I will post sound clips/pics/ and probably a drive by with cat back on and with no cat-back just header/downpipe!!! hehe going to be a lil loud!

well i got out of school at 11 and to hahn by 12. I got to the shop at 2 and done by 5:30. All I can say is wow such a no hastle install! It was awesome! The only bitch is the header bolts! But I got all 10 in and started the bitch up and holy ****! such a deep tone! Took it for a test drive and it is by far the best exhaust system I have heard on any cobalt and the best ive had on any car i have owned. It sounds insane. More pics and a video or two will be up shortly as is it dark here and it started to rain about an hour before I got done. I did get a chance to get out on a main road and do a pull where normally before this exhaust I got perfect traction in 2nd gear and now it spins like crazy and in 3rd it does as well! HAHN IS THE SHIZZNIT!
