Okay karlen befor u go and flame and call me a retardhow abouy u ask if i called witch i did a number of imes and no ******* qnswer and im getting annoyed now ive been waiting for over 2 months, so i posted up here to maybe get a hold of them.. So yeah

Well, you're damn lucky then. The parts I needed were special-order only and they never answered the phone in the 3 weeks I tried.

They answered all but once when I've called them three times this week. And everytime I've ordered from them, they've told me what's up and given me a time frame when I should see my order...and guess what? They're always right.
I'm in a "**** it" mood today. Legit thread got a stupid response outta me.
Whats the hold up guys? I orderd your Stg 3 kit with the dual pass H/E over 3 months ago and ive had the kit on my car with out the H/E for about 2 months and i still have not recived my H/E, you all said you got them in and ran out of Heater hose, Understandable but that was about a month ago and its still not in my hands, You guys are a great vendor and i dont mean to bash you but this is rediculos. If i dont have it sometime with in the next week and a half i want my money back and im gonna go with a ZZP H/E, Or another reputable vendor. Sorry to post this but ive been waiting for too long i waited for a lesser period of time to get my coil overs on Ebay!
I had 44 back ordered heat exchangers and i forgot to note on your order that you did not have a heat exchanger shipped to you.
I will ship it out first thing monday morning.
I apologize again, you should have tracking in the early afternoon and see it wednesday.

Honest mistake john.
I had 44 back ordered heat exchangers and i forgot to note on your order that you did not have a heat exchanger shipped to you.

True this, they don't answer/return call OR emails. And they sent me the wrong PCM with the wrong tune and VIN in it, but w/e I just let it go and went with ZZP, much better service.
If i dont return an email chances are i may have overlooked it becuase of the volume of emails we get.
If you had something wrong with your order the prudent thing to do would be to find a way to contact us, email, phone, forum, fax, cell. They are all listed for a reason.
Well I'm still waiting on a reply back from my opt brackets i ordered 3 weeks ago. Everytime I call I get the voicemail and I left fast98 a PM, but idk if he's been on
People do not realize that OTTP is 2 guys trying to run a business while still having other jobs everyday. I cannot see that being an easy thing at all, especially with the amount of business they get. Does it sometimes take longer to get things from OTTP? Absolutley, it's happened to me. But they are great guys to deal with and in my opinion they got the best stuff out there. Before you order just shoot Sean or Josh a PM to see if it's in stock or when they are going to be getting it.
