OTTP H/E Installed still hot

Ok guys any ideas...The H/E is on and when the car at idle temps have gone as high as 205????????????....checked everything looks good have it running into the stock H/E first then into the OTTP H/E and then back to the water pump.

It might be possible that air bubbles are in the system would this cause high temps??

Any advance of anyone who experienced anything like this please help me out.

Thanks in advance RYAN

are you measuring temps from the supercharger coolant system or the cars radiator temp, because if its the DIC reading, putting a h/e on will do nothing at all for it

thats telling you how hot the coolant temperature in the radiator system is... so in theory this has nothing to do with the supercharger coolant system, infact blocking the main opening with the h/e would make it a tad hotter in theory

another question... did you bleed the system after you installed your HE?
and open the hood and check the filler neck and check for coolant flow. if you see no flow then most likely your pump gave out. pump is located under the car, cant miss it.

yes manifold temp or iat, can be recorded during datalogging, something that the stock DIC will not monitor

Yeah I did bleed the system but I am not sure if it worked right. As you can tell from above I am new to messing around and modding cars

I will look for flow in the filler neck was adding some coolant in there at the gas station with the engine running (Hope that was ok) and it flowed away

A radiator/intercooler/etc needs airflow across it for it to cool...

i think after redlining in 1-3 and only having 150 degree temps at the end isnt too bad. and there is nothing wrong with the ottp h/e, it works quite well.

well, you are missing another piece of info, you need to compare your IAT against your IAT2's, what is your IAT temps?
30 or 40* difference between IAT and IAT2's is acceptable anything above thta will generally mean you have air or you ned to take a hammer to your pump.
