you may still get wheel hop in some situations. I doubt it's nearly as bad as it was before.
The only way to fully eliminate hop is by makeing everything solid. That doesn't work well with most people, so something has to give.

What rpm are you leaving at? What condition are your control arm bushings in? What did you recieve in the package with the mounts? If the car was hit that could have a large impact on it.
Mounts need to be torque to spec! I have the stg 1's and when I get on it from a dig a skip once and thats it.
My stage 2s helped tremendously....
"support motor at the motor trans joint. loosen three bolts at top pass side mount - do not remove the bolts, just loosen. Remove front mount. remove rear mount. Install rear mount. do not tighten completely. install front mount. do not tighten completely. rock motor. tighten lower rear, lower front and then upper top mount to specified torque. you are done."
From the man himself....try going through the torque sequence again, hell their installed, all the hard work is done, shouldn't take you long. You could also have a bad axle...I had an axle that was giving me wheel hop after I put the stage 2's on. Replaced my passenger side and I was in business. Can't wait to hit the track.
As far as a frame rail being out of wack, stop by any legit body and they can put your vehicle on a lift with the frame measuring equipment and let the computer do the rest. Doesn't take long at all...

im leaving at 2500 with my 2 step, even from a first gear roll its hops just as bad as poly
my control arm bushing have 30k on them
with the mounts i got both mounts and 4 spacers
even follow the how to on the mounts
what do u consider a bad axle

Well you should still feel lucky. My bellhousing is cracked where the top bolt on the front mount hooks up. I probably won't be able to launch my car like i should be able to after i get it welded back together.
I'm gonna say your control arm bushings are shot. Put the proper socket on a larger breaker bar that fits the lug nuts. Then give it some tightening force and see if the wheel moves within the wheel well. If it does, your control arm bushings are shot.

the wheel moved a little bit not too drastic, how shot could the be with 33k on them
could the ball joints be a problem 2?
