I emailed Vibrant about power range and dyno numbers and this was there response.

I would like to first thank you for the interest you have taken in
Vibrant.

In response to your email, our Cobalt header as all of our other headers
with 4-2-1 construction always make their power between 3800-6000 RPM.
This mid-range gain in power can exceed upwards of 12-15 horsepower!

Because of the added backpressure on our 4-2-1 construction, this design
allows for maximum mid-range power where our 4-1 design headers only
allow of extreme top end power. The Cobalt in our tests is best suited
for the benefit of mid-range power as this allows for the supercharger
to maximize it's power "push."

Feel free to contact me should you have any further questions or
concerns.

Best regards,

Deryck Griffith

just installed today with corsa cat back.. feels the same, lower end seems eh but the pull at mid range to high is an increase. its not enough power to make a huge differnece but its nice.

only problem is with the headers you throw code p0420 because the o2 sensor is infront of the cat for some stupid reason

But there are two 02 sensors. One before and one after the Cat

Sorry bro but I think you might have the wrong set-up. Git my Vibrant header and DP put on last Friday and the two 02 sensors are perfectly placed in the OEM locations. I have thrown no codes except for my legendary P0300 Misfire code but that is due to my 60lb injectors. Also the fact that my OEM o2 sensor inside the manifold is cooked - we found that out when we took the OEM manifold off - oops. I think it may be a good idea to get that replaced sometime soon huh???
