Pics of my CTI Header and DP! (56k Beware)

Hey guys! I just got my CTI Race Header and 3" catless downpipe! I must say, I'm extremely impressed! The build quality is amazing, and gaskets are included! There's a copper manifold gasket, and even a donut gasket for the collector and downpipe. CTI did a great job on this header, and they were even nice enough to make the way I requested. Also, thanks to Mike at New Era Performance for the great customer service, and sweet price on this! Here's the pics, there's definetely a big difference between the CTI and the stock manifold!

Thanks! Just so you know, that's the stock manifold in the picture, NOT the GMPP manifold. I'm hoping to start on the install tomorrow night, and I'll take some pictures of the GMPP manifold then. Thanks again, I must admit, I'm more pleased than I thought I'd be! I can tell you after seeing this in person, for people wanting a "long tube", this is the way to go!

Trying to find a dyno shop that's available when I am is like pulling teeth. I'm extremely busy, and only available during non-business hours. I can tell after seeing it in person that it should be worth some serious gains! I'll probably lose 2+lbs of boost! I'm putting this and a 2cnd heat exchanger on along with tranny mounts, then a ported blower, bigger throttle body, dual pass intake plate, and a ton a tuning. Once this setup gets dialed in, I think I'm finally done with modding the car.

i thought that it was bolted together in the pic, wondering why the angle on the DP didnt match up with the header
its different, i see the braided section is attached to the header instead of the DP, and no CAT?
regardless it looks clean and sturdy,
NOW
Sound clips and performance gains reports
good luck with it man

Good luck, almost will have what my setup is minus the Direct port nos, whoops did I say that out loud?

Not at all. It's all about flow. High PSI doesn't necessarily mean more power. A high flowing engine making 13 PSI will make more than a resricted engine pushing 15.

Thanks for the response's guys! Fow what it's worth, I don't have a cat now anyway. On the stock downpipe, I had the cat cut off, and had a 2.5" straight pipe welded on. The difference now is the header, a 3" collector, and the 3" downpipe. I see 19.5-20lb of boost right now, I'm thinking I'll be at around ~18lbs after this, and keep in mind, that's with a 2.5" pulley! Most people see ~21lbs of boost with this size pulley. It'll be more efficient boost as mentioned, and it'll be cooler boost with the addition of the custom 2cnd heat exchanger. I will update results as soon as I can. I can tell scan log results, and 1/4 mile results.

It's worth quite a bit of power on a stock car, I bet my gains will be nice! Here is my mod list after Tuesday:
Custom Tuning
Snow Performance Water/Meth Injection Kit
Custom 3.5" CAI w/LT1 MAFF
2.5" Pulley w/Oversized Tensioner & GM Stage 2 Kit Belt
CTI Race Header w/ 3" Catless Downpipe
Corsa Touring Cat-back
Custom 2cnd Heat Exchanger
Spec 3+ w/Fidenza Flywheel
60lb Injectors w/Wiring Harness
ZEX plugs
JBP CAB's
INTENSE Poly Transmission Mounts
Drag bags
Aeroforce
Custom Fan and Intercooler Pump Switches

I would imagine on a 2.5" pullied car + bolt-ons that power gains will be very noticeable!
