I am considering buying all the parts for the GM stage 2 kit separate, to keep the cost down. The only thing that i will not be able to buy is the re-flash for the ECU.

If I take my car to the dealership with the parts, can they install and reflash? If the can, what cost can I expect for the reflash/install?

 

I think they need a code for the reflash that comes with the kit when you buy it, i could be wrong though

 

dealer won't reflash with out the serial # that comes with the stage 2 kits. Find someone with HPT and have them reflash your ECU.

Its 100 bux for the credits + whatever the guy with HPT wants to charge you.

Anybody out there now a good tune shop in the Philly area?

 

tune time performance i hear a lot of good things from them but no the gm dealer won't reflash it with out the code to match to your vin#...its so years down the line when some gets rid of this car gm can see that it has genuine gm parts installed
