So, some might know that my motor is down at the moment. I had oil on the number 2 spark plug, even though it was holding 190 in each cylinder on a compression test. I am assuming it is a busted oil control ring, but we shall see.

Anyway, when I bolt it all back up together, I will be using new rings, rod bolts, headgasket and bearings, and THIS :









Name that ported head! Whoever wins can help me install it.

hey man, In the next two weeks im gonna put my ported head on, Ill post before after dyno numbers soon after. Not to thread jack, does anyone know how long rockers , cam, lifters, springs need broken in before you can do some wot pulls?

 

Its roller, shouldn't need broken in
