Just get it. It's a shorty header that will fit the dp you already have.

Anything is an upgrade from stock. But shorty headers don't give much gain.

Depending on the price you might be getter off getting a mid length cheap. Clear Image makes a nice piece that is cheap.

Yeah, but any mid length will come with a downpipe since they require a special one that fits only their header.

You guys dont have very good reading comprehension. He already has a downpipe, he needs a shorty header. The ZZP header will work in his situation, and make plenty of power. To say it wont, is stupid. Because you have no proof it wont.

Yeap yeap the zzp shorty header will work fine dude, u can go with that or the cobalt addiction header and i believe hahn made a shorty header too.

Any of these will be a good upgrade over stock, so don't hesitate...

We can read just fine. He is asking if a shorty is good and how it compares...

Yes, there are lots better. Shorty's are honestly a waste of money. You can get a mid length w/ downpipe for 300-350.

Well whatever header/manifold you are getting it will be the same as the stock gasket. So just get it off gmpartsdirect or go to autozone or somewhere and ask for a cobalt 2.0L exhaust mani gasket.
