cx took me like 3 to 4 hours i didnt use custom brackets i bolted it to the frame on the front member its just too tight of a fit it would bend the stock exchanger back so it took me alot longer than most people i cut some of my front member off so it would fit properly and so that you had room to to loosen the burp cap if you did i know everyone else did it the ghetto way(just shove it in there) cause its one tight fir let me tell you

CX Racing is 179 shipped whereas C/A is about 379 + wait. Cobra HEX can be had for around 100 bucks.

Silicone Intakes looks exactly like C/A Hex btw.

Where do you get the Silicone Intake one? Checked their website didn't find it. And how much?

The only real differenece I see is that the C/A one is two-pass, thats why it has both ports on the same side. Not a big deal, but I prefer to get as much as I can if I'm gonna do it. I have the C/A one BTW.

do wha? searching > me. Can't find this CXR HE for 179 shipped of which you speak.

I'd be all over it at that price, never found one that low. Guess I don't know where to look... you give me linky, and I'll be out 180 bucks by this afternoon.

Yes I know I did.... it's nice to have friends like Area that know peeps! I paid 20 bucks for the h/e but this was a while back before it caught on that they worked so well!

So you'd have to have luck to find one for that now!

As far as actual drops I don't know but after a 3 hard runs with a Lightning my intake mani was frosty cold to the touch! So I know it's working!

I noticed that some of those pics had a dual pass on and some didnt. If it comes with that dual pass, would I need to get that dual pass endplate like from c/a? BUt if it doesnt come with one, should I get the end plate?
