Pretty sure car is misfiring
okay so today im on the way to school. Cruising in 2nd gear going about 20mph. I need to get around someone so i give it about 1/4 throttle and my ******* car decided that it wanted to bog like it was misfiring. 3rd gear, same ****. 4th same. 5th not so much. this happened to me in my old car and it was the plugs but this car has 3800 miles could the plugs be bad already? i ordered those copper ngk's from south florida pulley but they wont be here for awhile because they are on vacation or some ****. any ideas?

no codes, i got those ngk plugs br7ke or w/e they are called im going to put them in now
i took out the spark plugs, they were fucked so put those copper ngk's in and it didnt go away but lessened
