Problem with ZZP dual-pass endplate

ZZP dual-pass endplate seems to not seal correctly. Looking at the brand new stock one, they have different shapes where the o-rings sit.
Does anyone know where to get the big o-ring that goes between the manifold and plate?

I put the stock end plate back on and apparently the leak is on the inside of the manifold, opposite of the end plate.

Did you pull your cores and flip them around when you installed the dual pass end plate? And did you do the same when installing the stock end plate?

I didn't flip them, they're stuck. My end plate is perfectly level too. The leak is on the backside of the cores. I am now using the manifold without water and plugged both hokes. I must use water injection or chop up the manifold. (Or replace it)

Then dual pass isn't going to really help. Did you attempt to flip them and potentially damage a seal on the side away from the endplate?

Yeah, two cores absolutely have to be flipped for the dual pass to work... otherwise the system is a dead-end. Meth is a band-aid that isn't big enough to cover the lack of an intercooler.

I found a saturn ion at the junkyard, someone grabbed the m62 but not the intake manifold, I grabbed that intake manifold and removed the previous one. The cores are STUCK in the one from ZZP.

Now I have the new manifold I am paranoid to screw with the laminovas lol I do have water injection too and will install a large water radiator up front, after the stock one.

Thank you for your help.
