yeah turbos quiet down the car more than people realize. I had a 5.0 mustang with a twin turbo setup I home made myself using volvo turbos and I just used straight piping from the turbos to the back of the car and it sounded like a stock 5.0 until you got on it.

You still didn't tell me what the copper hook thing is hanging off the back of the car.........

hmmm alright, good to know. it has a 2.5" exhaust with a magnaflow muffler last year, it was way to quiet. going with full 3" this year, just unsure weather to do a split dual 2" with an old set of flowmaster 60 series (the flowmasters designed for small engines) or just do a single 3". kinda want the dual to make the back end more symetrical

Yea 50 trim is a good size there's not point in going really big turbo, remember the faster u get boost the better n for the type of builds were doing there's no point in big turbo n big turbos won't give u good torque numbers on r cars. Yea n guys who ever doing or thinkin of doing a turbo project, don't go with cheap non named brand turbo parts, go with good stuff trust me been there done that NO Ebay STUFF TRUST ME

I have straight pipes on my Supercharged Mustang GT........ LOL! But I WANT it to be a little quieter. It sounds like a Formula 1 car underboost though.
