PROs and Cons on THE KITS

I read about the GM Stage Kits and I real about the Intense.....I know the intense stage 5 is a mean kit but im not trying to have down time on my car. I want people to express the pros and cons on each kit....i.e. performance, value, install (good/bad).

I don't know if I want a Intense Stage 3 or wait for GMS Stage 3. Is an Intense Stage 3 kit install be able to be done in say my driveway. I have everything but a pulley puller. Thanks for the info.

the benefits of a GM stage 3 kit seem so marginal, i dont think i would even consider it.

if you are looking for the big numbers, look away from GM.

considering i do not have an intense kit though, i'll let others answer that for you.

I told you last night. the gains they are showing from just the gm stage 3 suck. and it will cost more then the Intense stage 5. you have a car to drive for a few days while you send out your pcm. and supercharger. or you can just be willing to take someone elses, and send yours in as cores afterwards. that way all can be done in your driveway. and the pretuned pcm will be ready to drive.

Go intense.

I have been talking with intense and plan to order the stage 4. I don't have it yet, but they have great customer service. 2 hour reply max on e-mails and they tell me I can schedule and show up for the work done the same day. I mean you could do it yourself, but if you say you don't want to put in too much time; they will do all the work and have you out the same day. plus, it is only a $200 install. The kit and install seems like a good deal to me and the performance.. you can look at the dyno-tests. They also from what I read will give you a free test and read out with the upgrade.

I wouldnt even mess with intense, find someone near you with HP Tuners, by the parts and tune it yourself. Save yourself some serious dough.

I am like 3 hours from them and I have the hp tuner pro on the way. They will actually credit me for the device since they don't have to do the whole flash. I would only be saving like 150 dollars to do it myself, but I would also have to mail them the parts to skip the fees. It is easy to drive there one day and have it all over with. I'm curious about what to activate on my vcm though. I'm going to make a search and maybe post reguarding that.
