I see 15 with the stage 2 kit (at about 6000-6500 rpms) . It really depends on weather too.

yall forgeting you are dealing with a belt driven supercharger, the faster it turns (thus the faster your motor turns) the more psi you will get. Don't expect to see 12psi at 3000 rpms, rather, you'll see that around 5k and up.
You can test this, get in 5 gear at 2000rpm and snap the throtle, it'll go to maybe 10, probably more like 8-9 then as teh motor speeds up so will the psi.
IF we drove turbo cars, there are way to get full boost sooner (such as retard box combined with rev limiter that heats up your exaust and get the turbo to full psi or just about off the line). Turbo will generally give you full boost sooner because they are driven off exaust temp, so (lag not concidered of cours), as soon as you snap that throtle your EGT goes up fairly quickly, hence giving you more boost...

and yes it is "normal" to have that weird break in period for boost where you don't see full boost until some mileage is put on...Lightnings were notorious for that...

The milage limit and the boost pressure I beleive is a myth.

limits yes, but if you think about it, even when you first fire up and brand new motor it won't make peak hp until a couple passes on the dyno or track (or a few miles) or until the rings seal perfectly....so that could be just that for the blower, it has to "wear in" aka "break-in" for a little bit...(just hypothesising)

well i have heard that some people only start out running like 9-10 psi at 6000rpm + and then eventually get to the 12.5 that they are suppose to

mine was just slightly over 10.5~11 for about 5k or so miles then it was always over 12.

then I got stage 2 and it was always over 15 but took some time to get there (spark plug issue, got it fixed and got there much faster) now it's always over 16 with my intake. yeah the last part doesn't really apply to the thread but oh well.

10 bucks for the 4 of them together. I bought em at cobalt-addiction ... not the best experience but they came in ... eventually ... you can get em local for the same price after tax or cheaper if you know someone

yes .40 is the stock setting and should be used all the way down to a 2.8" pulley

edit: the plugs are not set to .40 when you buy them

If the gap for each is wrong or the plugs are full of build up it could cause the car to pull timing which would affect the cars performance. They are needed for stage 2 cus they cool off faster than the stock plugs
