does anyone know if you can get the stage 2 pulley setup seperatly froom gm and what the part number is

don't know, but if your just wanting a pulley hub I would go with one of the aftermarket setup, that way you have more of a choice of what you can do.

When are you wanting the hub I may have a GM S2 hub to get rid of in a month or so
