Which pulley do you guys recommend?

Hey just looking at new pulleys and i wanted some input. I have the stg2 setup and i cant decide between 2.9 from Nate or the 2.79 that ca has on its website...now if i drop to a 2.79, will i need the addition of the adjustable tensioner? who has any experience or is currently running a 2.79 ona stg2? also i need to find a security bit to unscrew my stg2 pulley, any recommendations on where i can find one?

Yea when i asked nate he said "The 2.9 is a safe pulley with 42 lb. injectors, 2.8 is pushing it though"

Its not about power per say, the 2.9 will make a little more boost I think maybe like a 1/2 to 1 lb more boost, but it makes the boost quicker as the pulley its alot lighter. My boss put a wicked wheel on his 7.3 excursion and it builds 22lbs instant. I believe putting a nates pulley on will build boost almost instant like that.

2.9 or 2.85 from Nate...you'll see good gains, and as a side note his pullies are incredibly lightweight...

I just had to take my 2.9 pulley off and put the stock on back on because of warranty issues and it was like night and day. The 2.9 boosts way faster and harder than the stage 2.
