Questions On Air/Fuel Gauges!!!

I know getting a narrowband A/F Gauge is almost buying it for a light show. But on the other hand a Wideband A/F Gauge is it really worth it for our cars or should I save the $300+ dollars on getting one? I have seen a lot of debates on different boards but I just wanted to see what you all think Wideband A/F worth it or not worth it?

If you plan on tuning a car, you need a wideband. The reason being is that the stock A/F reader only reads if you are above or below the desired stock A/F ratio. A wideband will allow you to read the true ratio of air to fuel.

However, if you don't know how to tune, or plan on have a shop do it for you... you really don't need it. That is, unless you are seriously pushing the limits of the car and you want to keep a watchful eye to make sure nothing breaks in the engine.

Which one is the best is a another debate. Just my .02 cents. :twothumbs

The WBO2 is really good if you have the ability to actually modify the fuel delivery.

If not... then it will just tell you when to back off..
