quick question?

I changed my plugs last weekend(ngk 1 stage colder)...gaped at .40 at first it seemed like it was running good, but now it feels kind of sluggish when I get on it around 4500 rpms in 2nd...any thoughts?

Just go alittle lower maybe .2 lower than try it and work from there.
