hey guys just a quick question...i hear that if you mod more than a stage 2 with a 2.9 to go further you will need to get cooling mods so i was thinking about getting a dual pass intercooler plate will just that be sufficiant enough to go with 60lb injectors and 2.8 pulley or will i need meth injection 2? and where do i get th dual pass from what site? any suggestions are great thanks

I'm running a 2.8 with 60lb injectors and only a ported blower. I have cooling mods next on my list but I don't have them yet.

You can get the dual-pass from www.crateenginedepot.com or www.zzperformance.com to name a couple. Also look at the option B resevoir if your going to do the dual-pass.

You will obviously need a custom tune for the 60lb injectors and a wideband O2 is recommended for the tuning. Also probably some colder spark plugs if you don't have them already. I would also look into either poly trans mounts or at the least the ingalls tourqe damper (I have the trans mounts). Some of those arn't necissary and you can slide by without them if your carefull.

if you wanna push the 60lbers and 2.8 to the max in the tune, I'd say get some cooling mods. If you go concervative with it (like me) you'll have NO problems at all with heat.
