as for front mounts one that is most worthy is the dual pass off of the cobra mustangs works very well the griffen is another bad ass unit as for the zzp stealth I would like to try one

as for running a 2.6 plenty have done it with no help (cooling mods) and im sure plenty will continue

dual pass is for recovery times I have ran a single pass and a dual pass and as for temp control neither slowed down the rise but what mad a difference was water/meth I even tried the phenolic spacer no help there either as now I am running a stock manifold
My logs say otherwise, but suit yourself.

Ok after reading most of it my understanding is, pre ign can be caused by a few things it seems the two I noticed was using too hot of a plug and running too lean of a afr, is that correct? And what is the most common issue for an lsj to have pre ign?

any hot spot can cause pre ignition and run away detonation can cause it but an engine most likely will not survive pre ignition any described in the article

Because the core orientation makes little difference on how the dp functions.

I'm not gonna argue about it. My single pass and stock HE puts me at lower temps than anyone I've seen with a dp/fmhe/ etc other than a griffin.

We both know your opinion of the cooling system is different than mine and its not gonna change so I'm not gonna bicker about it lol
